thats good to know -1 works on that setting to ill use it next seed for sure
User 602ca8
but i'm correct on the MaxChunkAge π
User 602ca8
a yes π
User 602ca8
so it's safe ^^
User 602ca8
-1 means it's disabled. It's also the default setting when you download the 7 days dedicated server from steam
User 1b8f8f
yeah -1 is fine for savedata
User 602ca8
doing 5000 is just loading up the saved game with extra data for nothing. Apart from this if you set a limit on
SaveDataLimit it will still reset when thats rached. If you leave SaveDataLimit to -1 it will keep loading up the saved gameUser 1b8f8f
good idea, idk if -1 would work havent tested it and wouldn't trust putting a negative value there.

?? make it -1 and it's disabled
User 1b8f8f
crank this value up and you wont have to worry about region resets

If anyone knows how to prevent reset of regions with bedrolls placed down, let me know please. Thank you. Also, I do not want to manually make a adv claim for each bedroll. I'd like players to be able to place a bedroll, and it act like a claim just in case they want a rat hole for a little bit, then allow them the ability to maker a lcb once they feel comfortable enough to do so. Basically i'd like to prevent region resets of regions with bedrolls in them.
User b6c97b
Thank you for your wonderful time.
User b6c97b
So that is a simple no correct? Not "you did read what it states yes?" lol
User 44dc99
Because bedrolls are not claiming land.
User b6c97b
Yes it does not state that it excludes regions with bedrolls...
User 44dc99
You did read what it states yes?
User b6c97b
so does it exclude regions with bedrolls as well? or no?

docs: The commands for this option are very similar to the regular reset region commands, but understanding what they apply to is much more complicated. In short, these commands will wipe every region on the map that is not 'claimed' in some way. There are two criteria that are checked to determine if a region is claimed or not. If any of them are true, the region will not be reset:
The region contains one or more Land Claim Blocks, or the LCB radius of a block extends into the region. This is represented on the screenshot as a solid yellow square (the LCB) surrounded by another yellow square (the LCB protection radius). In this example, both region 4.-4.2 and region r.-5.2 are considered claimed by that single LCB and its radius. The region contains one or more Normal Advanced Claims, or at least part of an advanced claim extends into the region. This is represented in the screenshot by the green rectangle. Because this claim overlaps two regions, both r.-4.0 and r.-5.0 are protected.
User b6c97b
that does not exclude bedrolls though? It does not say so in the docs?
User 44dc99
The command is "resetunclaimedregions".
You should probably take a look at the docs.

User b6c97b
any way to reset the map other than areas with lcb or bedrolls down?
User 44dc99
Every 4 hours is kind of extreme
User 9dc6e1
Would be hard to work out with restart every 4 hours
User 44dc99
But only the last section would be bloodmoon aware, so that can be a bit odd.
User 44dc99
If you want to do 30 minutes, I would suggest timed messages every five minutes, and then a 10-minute shutdownba. shutdownba will send a message every minute
User 44dc99
Takes longer to do them. Can't please everyone.
User 9dc6e1
lol
User 44dc99
That has basically been the case for a couple of years now.
User 9dc6e1
few people complaining during a tier 5 poi
User 23fa64
What Mad mentioned will work, unless there is a bloodmoon.
Then the restart gets delayed.
Then the restart gets delayed.
A 30 minute countdown is really long.
Most of us just use 10 minutes.
Most of us just use 10 minutes.

User 2fc02a
use a countdown like this but however often you want to make it say the time, and at the end do shutdownba 5
wait(120); say "[FF0507]8 minutes [4FFF00]till restart![-]"; wait(120);```
User 23fa64
Please only post your question in 1 channel.
This would be the correct channel.

What permission should be given to landclaim for players so that they cannot put claim blocks and so engage in construction. And then I put up a zone near the merchant and it turned out that the initial excavation quest was not given, more precisely, the quest markers were mixed into the inventory, but there was no quest

so change the permissions to view the map to 900 instead of 1000 and they wont be able to go to the map page n see it
User 2eb44a
yea i was gonna let them explore the map and uncover it in real time

This claim can be used to restrict/grant access to a claim by player level. Built in basic logical expression, plus support for level ranges, allows you to create some very unique settings.Supported operators: <= (and =<), >= (and =>), == (and =), != (and =!) @User 36612002 This works in regard to the CSMM player level not the in game player level correct?
User c66f41
HI everyone. Is anyone aware of a way to lay a claim that kicks players out of the border if they reach a certain in game level?
User 374c5d
I never let my players see the map. A big aspect of the game is to explore. If the players can see them map they can just go right to a destination. Imo it takes a lot of fun out of the game.
User 374c5d
the only way is to not allow the players to see the map.
User 2eb44a
is there a way for me to reveal the map in allocs without revealign it for the players
