Go in your CPM settings xml and add 1 to the port at the bottom of the file.

Hosts do a terrible job of showing which ports are which.

Every other port is non standard but that one is, unlikely.

m using bisect hosting my ip port is 27060 my sever port is 27063 and my tel port is 8081 web port is 27061.

I bet it's because you have a conflict with the telnet port.
