Hello! when a player sends a ticket via command "calladmin" The response say something like "go to webpage to see your ticket updates"

Heya, sorry for the delayed response :( I'm recovering from surgery and haven't been able to sit at my PC for a while.
The cache automatically refreshes every 24 hours iirc (or 12 hours?), that's why it suddenly worked. What you read in the past is that I forced the cache refresh to happen faster than that 24 hours window

Not really in a clean, supported way :/ You can take a look at dev tools to see what request your browser does for the export and then automate that. I dunno if the CSMM API will play nicely with that though

It seems that the problem has been solved. Here, I did nothing, and it worked again. I don't know, but did Catalysm check the cache? Anyway, everything seems normal now.

Currently I export it manually but I would like to make automated backups every 6 hours of the .csv

I'm not sure. The other admin, the one who transferred ownership of the server to me, was able to view the server name after installing the bot. But I wasn't.

I've seen mention above with others that it may be a caching thing. Catalysm said it caches those things aggressivly, and he's cleared that cache in the past for people. So i'm thinking maybe that's the issue. might need cache cleared

Same with me. I'm an admin on someone else's server. He added me with just the admin role and I was able to add access to the dropdown menu with the server in question. Yesterday I decided to pay for my own CSMM and add my own server, but I can't.

I've set up a couple CSMM instances and linked them to discords i do not own, but am an admin for. So I don't think you have to own it. but do need the permission to authorise bot.
