could it be the CPM settings file? It has the old port on it, but I'm having issues editing or replacing the file for some reason

set it to the new one both in the CSMM website and on the server config file

Our server had to make an emergency switch to new IP/Ports and CSMM has stopped working properly. The discord bot is showing the error "🔴 something unexpected went wrong while executing this command 😦 If this problem persists, please join the support server and report this issue." while the webpage for CSMM shows "Internal Server Error" when I head to the settings tab. How would I go about to fix these?

Runs on CSMM server time, the current server time is shown in cronjob settings

anyone know the time zone that the csmm bot runs off of in US or where to find that info in settings

I have a question im about to pay for a new csmm for the server i run, the old csmm the guy that use to run it wants to shut it down.. is there a way to transfer our setting ect,, besidies i have to make new token n stuff

The error I see happening now is Discord related though 🤔

I had the same issue yesterday with the automation. Had to remove them and put them back to fix it. It just kept popping that error up every minute or so.

also check your webtokens

check cpmsettings xml and see if the webport changed.
