So good
User 2eb44a
@User 25117961 this does work, it prints all player allies even if they are offline. I assume if the name isn’t printed they have no friends in game
User 2eb44a
If it works I can make my discord not module go live on the server. Can takaro listen to outside stuff other than server?
User 2fc02a
try it, it might
User 2eb44a
Sad

No. There is a log that prints to a log folder inside server tools folder that says when a player opens or destroys a block and its location. My idea is to make a module that detects unauthorized players in claims opening boxes or destroying them.
I’ve had a few cheaters in the last few years of hosting the players love packs without eac on. But the few times were very disruptive destroying boxes in claims, filling boxes full of dev or bundled items I have a proof of concept with my discord bot that detects you breaking stuff or opening boxes in a claim that’s not yours and kicks you but it does it to anyone that’s not the owner because I couldn’t see the ally command which I will try when I get home. Could takaro do this? It just reads where the land claims are, who owns them, the size of land claims on the server and basically is player owner of claim? Why is player opening boxes in claim that’s not his? Why is player breaking boxes? Kick player player comes back and continues? Ban player

idk if this works anymore
User 2eb44a
Thank you. This is much better than how i was doing it
User 2eb44a

Server tools had a horde command but I’m trying to not use server tools commands as much as i can
User 2eb44a
I looked
User 2eb44a
I musta missed that 🤣
User 2fc02a
just use spawen wondering horde already in cpm
User bddf69
Check out
listfriendsplayer from CPM 😉User 2eb44a
If i could do that, I could easily make a module for my discord bot that works with server tools to detect cheaters destroying claims or boxes
User 2eb44a
How hard would it be for me to make a mod that would add a command to print players allies? I’ve never used c# before. Mostly python, js, lua
User bddf69
If you find a command that does it, you can read it with takaro! You can execute commands with Takaro and then parse the output inside your module
User bddf69
Is there a command to see it? If not in console and no map -> no way for Takaro to see it :(
User 2eb44a
I don’t wanna spam the channel or type a huge paragraph so I’ll wait for you to be here lol
User 2eb44a
Didn’t even have to test it cuz it worked first time lol
User 2eb44a
And i made a module that spawns a horde for players to test out their horde bases lol
User 2eb44a
And is there a way to get the players allies in game?
User 2eb44a
Anti steam id spoofer name spoofer
User 2eb44a
I was coding this with my discord bot that runs locally on my machine and parses server tools anti cheat logs
User 2eb44a
It prints to a log inside the mod folder.
User 2eb44a
Is it possible for takaro to read output of a mod if it doesn’t print to console?
User 69dd72
Haha tell me @User 43957437
User 2eb44a
I also like that it asks at every step too
User 2eb44a
So easy
User 2eb44a
This is insane

User 2eb44a
time to learn some stuff lol
User 2eb44a
never learned it
User 2eb44a
i hate linux lol
User 2eb44a
tho i have not tried gpt 5
User bddf69
Yeah! All the models kinda suffer from it
User 2eb44a
same with gpt
User bddf69
Besides, if you actually go up in context size with the gemini models, you really notice it getting 'dumber' and not paying attention as much imo
User 2eb44a
longer chat got the worse it did lol
User 2eb44a
i had that as a huge issue with grok
User 2eb44a
ooooo
User bddf69
Claude code solves that pretty good! It is smart about which files it reads, if it knows that a file isn't relevant anymore it moves it out of context etc etc
User 2eb44a
most of the reason i liked gemini is their token size is insane compared to all other
User bddf69
Apparently gemini CLI supports MCP servers too now :O

https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli#automate-your-workflows
Their docs are kinda whack though, I don't see how to configure servers
User 2eb44a
you stole me from Gemini XD if it goes well imma cancel it
User bddf69
Man Anthropic should pay me an affiliate fee lmao
User bddf69
@User 25117961 did you try the /module-test command in claude yet ? :p
