Okay so the problem is that between alpha 20 and v1, there was a change in how CSMM (and other tools) can get realtime info from the server. CSMM does a check to see which version you're running and then uses that method. If the check fails for some reason, then CSMM defaults to using the V1 method since that's what most people run.

In your case though, since you're running A20, that default is not right :(.

If this happens again, can you try toggling CSMM off and on? That should refresh the connection and let CSMM redo the version check

It seems my chat message made it to the server but the server did not report back the chat to discord or the dashboard.

Sure, I think this should be what you're after. Server has been running for nearly 4 hours on this log. And I just noticed that I can't seem to chat to the ingame via the csmm dashboard or the discord csmm bridge I setup either. So that also appears to not function as intended at the moment.

So far this is what I have observed:
claim and vote commands at a certain point recently, have ceased to function as expected at random intervals after CSMM US instance reboot. My URL is us.csmm.app/sdtdserver/2449
It seems to persist between my personal sdtdserver reboots, which are cronjob tasks run by csmm which do work as intended.
The vote and claim commands when issued via ingame chat, provide no feedback on error or function to the player, and items that are supposed to be claimed by either command are not dispersed to the player. This goes for all players on the server.

If there is any further debug information I can search for and provide, I am glad to do so.

So I've been tracing an issue where vote command stops working on my server. It was recommended to me to setup CSMM connection notifications in discord which I did. This is all the history I have since I enabled them and vote commands are not currently working in my server but it appears to be connected ?

Hi everyone. I've created a webhook+discordbot combo that lets me figure out how many supporters I have, vs non supporters. Without much effort, I can learn things like "This month, we've had 98 unique players, 20 of whom were supporters and 78 were not." Could be a firewall issue, but first see if CSMM is being disconnected from your server then see why

Well idk if its an issue with disconnects, if that's it then you're having log line issues in your log files

I am on US with no issues. May be your server disconnecting. I'll restart it. But look at connects/disconnnects from CSMM. Set them up in Discord notifications

If dashboardweb in adming servercfg.xml and cpm in cpmsettings are set to same port they fight make sure they don't over lap.
