Depends on how you installed CSMM, if you used Docker, it's defined by your volumes

if you ONLY have the CSMM/Redis installed on your server, command should be

redis-cli FLUSHALL

Where would this redis data be?

The only thing I did was restarted all my network equipment and servers and such and everything seems to be working well now.

Though, it seemed to be working fine when I woke up this morning.

Redis data is OK to delete, CSMM can recreate most of it. You'll lose any queued work though

Either wait for everything to get processed, or you can delete the redis data and restart CSMM

Eg too much stuff happened and your CSMM instance couldn't keep up

Something weird is happening.

Chat goes from discord to game, but not game to discord.
I keep getting ghost messages from someone who is offline.
Commands aren't working.

I have restarted by messaging the bot.
I have restarted using PM2.
I updated the other day, and it is still current.

I have disabled CSMM in the server settings and then enabled it.
I have set the discord guild.

It is only a problem on this 1 server.
The other 4 servers are fine.

What would I look for in the logs to see a problem with the discord bridge?

if you mean direct from the server, IF droplet also uses PM2, then

pm2 status

will see it running and

pm2 stop csmm

and

pm2 start csmm

should be what you need

oh wait, you said console not discord.... you mean TCL on the server itself?

negative. also the documentation states I must have the correct role, and ability to use ExecCommand, etc. Which I clearly do, so he shouldnt be telling me he doesnt know me.

do you have DMs turned off for your discord?

I did, the bot tells me he doesnt know me, which is strange.

yeah sort of. droplet installs via a script, then you SSH in and run an isntaller which asks for all the info that it put in to the .env

oh, i dont know the droplet setup steps, sorry... im guessing its just a scripted setup then...

im just now discovering it selected 4 vcore, 8GB, 320GB SSD, droplet. which is super fucking over kill

curious, your donor status say patron, why was that chosen vs enterprise in the env setup?

if you're not an admin in the env file, you cant restart it....iirc
