Alright! I know finding event Ids can be tricky from the frontend, so if you can give me a timestamp (with timezone) and the message they typed ( like 
/visit "Gansta Monkey"
), I can dig that way too probably

Timezones are funky but Takaro started processing that almost instantly :O That log you posted is from the gameserver right?

That fix was deployed later in that day and had a big impact on response times. This could be something else... I would need to dig into the logs to be sure...
